Business Analyst / Product Owner

I’m hiring: Business Analyst / Product Owner at Aventus IT 🚀

Seeking a strong specialist who can think not only like an analyst but also like a product owner – to see business goals, propose solutions, and take responsibility for the result.

What’s important for this role: 🔹 Experience in fintech, lending, or microfinance. 🔹 Strong product thinking, initiative, and independence. 🔹 Confident English language skills – for effective communication and work in an international environment.

I am looking for someone who doesn’t just formalize requirements, but asks the right questions, finds opportunities to improve the product, and helps turn business ideas into working solutions.

If you recognize yourself in this description or know a suitable specialist – I’ll be happy to connect! 🙌
