Requirements: Have 5+ years of commercial experience with Python, asyncio, and aiohttp. Confidently work with SQLAlchemy and, if necessary, write raw SQL queries. Design services from scratch and understand how to build their architecture. Have practical experience with asynchronicity. Have a good understanding of algorithms and data structures, and take this into account during design. Able to decompose tasks and provide adequate estimates. Already manage a team or are ready to take on this responsibility. Build effective communication with the client and know how to negotiate.
