Not just playing, but analyzing, researching, and helping industry leaders in computer clubs create gaming spaces that will soon conquer thousands and thousands of hearts.
The team needs an erudite, meticulous, and devoted gamer who breathes video games, keeps up with all the latest news, and knows their way around devices and hardware. Someone who dreams of dedicating themselves entirely to their favorite pastime, enjoying modern and classic gaming masterpieces for hours on end, studying technical solutions that will later be implemented in the network's computer clubs.
Responsibilities:
- Play computer games
- Replay, objectively research, analyze, and evaluate all innovations that will need to be tested. This includes testing: computer games, gaming devices (mice, keyboards, chairs, tables, armchairs, monitors, etc.), ventilation and air conditioning systems, comfort of play under different lighting conditions, etc.
- Work in partnership with club and network managers, providing comprehensive feedback.
- Be responsible for the quality and accuracy of the database being created regarding emerging issues, proposed innovations, and controversial decisions.
- Collaborate as a gaming expert, influencing which games will appear in our clubs.
- Assist in opening new clubs throughout Russia by testing and providing feedback on everything in the club (the company pays for comfortable transportation, accommodation, meals, per diems, and so on).
Requirements:
- Sincere passion and interest in the world of video games.
- Extensive experience playing a wide variety of video games on all possible platforms.
- Experience in areas related to content classification will be an advantage.
- Ability to deeply immerse oneself in the essence of any phenomenon and make well-reasoned judgments.
- Ability to distinguish the finest nuances of different game genres and styles, identifying the core of the games, and then objectively and concisely share your findings.
- Extreme critical thinking.
- Understanding of current gaming trends.
- Native Russian language, excellent command of English.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and other data tracking and management systems is welcome.
- Strong communication skills, ability to easily find common ground with colleagues, and the ability to tell engaging stories and involve people in discussions.
- Analytical and strategic thinking, ability to collect feedback from players, analyze data, and propose solutions to improve the gaming experience.
