QA Engineer

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a QA Engineer (ERP & Financial Systems). We are looking for an experienced QA professional who combines strong analytical thinking with a solid understanding of complex business domains. As our products are closely related to ERP, accounting, and financial processes, you will play a key role in ensuring product quality, improving QA practices, and supporting reliable software releases.

Although this role is focused primarily on manual testing, our team actively develops test automation using Vanessa Automation. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn new technologies, contribute to automation initiatives, and continuously improve both product quality and QA processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the quality assurance process for assigned features throughout the development lifecycle
• Design, execute comprehensive manual test scenarios based on business and technical requirements
• Analyze business requirements and identify missing, ambiguous, or high-risk scenarios before implementation
• Identify, investigate, document, and verify software defects while supporting root cause analysis
• Collaborate closely with analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality product delivery
• Coordinate release readiness from the QA perspective, including testing status, risk assessment
• Maintain and continuously improve test documentation and QA knowledge base
• Contribute to improving QA processes, testing approaches, and automation initiatives within the team

Required Experience:

• 2+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or Manual QA Engineer
• Experience testing ERP, accounting, financial, or other enterprise business applications
• Good understanding of accounting concepts, financial terminology, and business processes
