We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Integrated Monitoring Specialist to join our team.
Required Requirements and Competencies:
- Experience with Naumen SD Pro;
- Proficient in complex SQL queries (PostgreSQL), optimization;
- Experience developing in Pentaho Report Designer
Will be an advantage:
- Experience with SAP BI/BW systems
- Integration: SOAP, REST (curl, SoapUI);
- Languages and scripts: Bash, Python, Java, JavaScript;
- Understanding of ITIL/ITSM methodology
Functional Responsibilities:
- Participation in the maintenance process of Naumen SD Pro subsystems, specifically in processing and executing service requests for Naumen SD Pro operations within established deadlines, providing consulting and technical support to Naumen SD Pro users, and configuring Naumen SD Pro functionality for business process automation.
- Identifying potential causes of malfunctions based on user requests forwarded from consulting support staff regarding typical operational issues of Naumen SD Pro technological components.
- Consulting technical support specialists in resolving particularly complex problems encountered when using Naumen SD Pro, related to report generation.
- Interacting with software vendors on maintenance and ensuring the operational readiness of Naumen SD Pro. Providing diagnostic information for bug fixing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues with Naumen SD Pro.
- Documenting Naumen SD Pro solutions in terms of Operational Documentation (development, updating), creating and updating technological instructions.
- Technical support for Naumen SD Pro modification (development) processes, solving automation tasks for information and analytical activities.
- Unit testing (verification), integration testing of changes, testing of Naumen SD Pro updates provided by the software vendor, checking updates for compatibility and stability.
Must have:
- Higher engineering and technical education;
- Technical English language proficiency
- PC user skills at an advanced level
