We are actively developing and are looking for a Lead Analyst (Fullstack) for a large project and our friendly team.
Project: GIS “Unified Centralized Digital Platform in the Social Sphere”
The Unified Centralized Platform (UCP) is a unified digital platform and the largest federal project for automation and reengineering of the social sphere:
- Over 100,000 internal users
- Over 50 million external users
- Microservice architecture
- Event-driven data processing model
- 5.5 PB of data stored and processed in real-time
- Over 5,000 system requests per second
Project Scale: One of the largest projects in Russia's social sphere, covering over 50 million citizens eligible for social support measures.
Tech Stack: Java, Spring, React, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, Camunda, Elasticsearch, Prometheus+Zabbix+Grafana.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting surveys of the Customer's activities
- Collecting and formalizing system requirements
- Business process modeling
- Designing domain models
- Developing project and technical documentation (technical specification, explanatory note to the technical project, system description, program and testing methodologies, pilot operation programs)
- Agreeing on intermediate and final results with the Customer
- Conducting system demonstrations for the Customer
- Monitoring the compliance of developed functionality with the initial requirements
- Mentoring employees
- Writing development specifications
What we expect from you:
- At least 5 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years as a Lead Analyst
- Experience in analyzing subject areas, regulatory legal acts, and business processes
- Experience in formulating functional requirements for the creation and development of information systems
- Knowledge of methodologies and notations for describing business processes (BPMN, EPC)
- Knowledge of methodologies and notations for domain modeling (UML, ER)
- Experience working with databases, knowledge of SQL
- Experience designing integration interactions
- Experience managing an analyst team or mentoring employees
Will be a plus:
- Experience in developing project documentation according to GOST and RD standards
- Experience working with SMEV (System of Interagency Electronic Interaction)
