Currently, we are looking for a Fullstack Analyst for the GIS project “Unified Centralized Digital Platform in the Social Sphere”.
UCDP — Unified Digital Platform — is the largest federal project for automating and re-engineering the social sphere:
- over 100 thousand internal users
- over 50 million external users
- microservice architecture
- event-driven data processing model
- 5.5 PB of data stored and processed in real-time
- over 5,000 system requests per second
Project Scale: one of the largest projects in the social sphere of Russia, covering over 50 million citizens entitled to social support measures.
Tech Stack: Java, Spring, React, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, Camunda, Elasticsearch, Prometheus+Zabbix+Grafana.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing current business processes for service delivery
- Developing proposals for optimizing existing service delivery business processes
- Collecting and formalizing system requirements
- Developing project and technical documentation (technical specification, explanatory note to the technical project, system description, test programs and methodologies, pilot operation programs)
- Agreeing on intermediate and final results with the Client
- Conducting system demonstrations for the Client
- Assigning tasks (written description and explanation of what needs to be done) to database, interface, and integration developers
- Developing functional testing scenarios
- Monitoring the compliance of developed functionality with the initial requirements
What we expect from you:
- Understanding of the information system development process
- At least 2 years of experience in analyzing subject areas, regulatory legal acts, business processes, and interacting with government clients
- Proficiency in business process description notations (BPMN, EPC) and subject area modeling (UML, ER); experience with CASE tools
- Knowledge of SQL
- At least 2 years of experience in developing project documentation according to GOST and RD standards
- Skills in designing and documenting REST API, SOAP (xsd, xml, json)
