☑️ Responsibilities
- Technical support for user infrastructure based on Linux-like systems (preparation and configuration of new PCs, software installation, update deployment)
- Server infrastructure support
- Work in the Service Desk system, with user requests (compliance with SLA deadlines)
- Process automation (development and implementation of scripts based on PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- As part of a team - preparation of technical notes and technical solutions
- Working with vendors to resolve problematic cases with software or hardware
☑️ Our requirements for candidates
- Proficient knowledge of OS – Linux
- Experience of similar work from 3 years
- Knowledge of modern industrial server and network equipment (import-substituted)
- Knowledge of network technologies (configuration, diagnostics)
- Knowledge and skills in working with print servers
- Skills in diagnosing problems with office equipment
- Skills in working with IT documentation (creation, maintenance)
- Ability to work with the command line (CMD, PWSH, Bash-like)
- Knowledge of Ansible, knowledge of virtualization
- Administration of Zabbix monitoring systems
- Personal qualities: stress resistance, good communication skills, ability for self-learning and autonomous work
