Team Lead Full-stack Analyst

📍Limassol, Cyprus

We are looking for a Team Lead Full-stack Analyst for an international company with its own payment infrastructure, who will develop a team of analysts, optimize internal business processes, and participate in creating digital solutions for the business.

Responsibilities: — Lead and develop the analyst team. — Analyze and optimize the company's internal business processes. — Conduct interviews and workshops with internal stakeholders. — Describe AS-IS / TO-BE processes and model them in BPMN 2.0. — Formulate business and system requirements, prepare technical documentation. — Design user scenarios, integrations, and participate in interface development. — Support full-cycle projects: from requirement gathering to implementation. — Coordinate interaction between business, analysts, and the development team.

We are looking for a candidate who: ✔️ Has 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Full-stack Analyst. ✔️ Has 2+ years of experience managing an analyst team or working as a Team Lead / Lead Analyst. ✔️ Has implemented projects for optimizing and digitizing business processes. ✔️ Is proficient in BPMN 2.0 and understands the software development lifecycle (SDLC). ✔️ Has experience in preparing technical documentation and supporting full-cycle projects. ✔️ Has worked with YouTrack, Jira, Confluence, REST API, JSON, as well as Miro, Draw.io, Visio, Figma, or similar tools.
