Fledge** is an international product company developing a dating product for the US, European, and other markets. The project is based on the experience of a team that previously created and scaled one of the largest dating services in the CIS. Today, this experience and technological expertise help develop the product for the global market.
We already have a mature technological platform, a working product, and a strong development team. We are currently adapting it for an international audience, enhancing key product scenarios, localizing functionality, and entering new markets under the Fledge brand.
Today, over 30 specialists work at the company. We are a fully distributed team where independence, initiative, and quick decision-making are valued.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the automated testing system for the product (UI and API using Python);
- Design and improve the architecture of autotests, ensuring their stability, readability, and scalability;
- Cover existing functionality and new product scenarios with autotests;
- Maintain the testing infrastructure and integrate autotests with CI/CD;
- Analyze requirements and participate in discussions of new features at early stages;
- Develop and maintain test and technical documentation;
- If necessary, conduct manual functional and regression testing;
- Identify defects, document them in Jira, and track the correction process;
- Participate in the preparation and support of releases;
- Interact with developers, analysts, product managers, and the QA team;
- Propose and implement improvements to testing and automation processes, share expertise within the team.
