Specialist in handling fraudulent digital objects: analyzing materials, building a case, submitting justified complaints for blocking through official channels. Working with an AI agent to accelerate analysis, prepare templates, classify cases, and automate routine tasks. Final review and submission of requests — manually or after confirmation.

Main Tasks:

🟥Processing applications for suspicious and fraudulent accounts, websites, domains, email addresses, and social media pages; 🟥Verifying provided data and structuring evidence; 🟥Preparing accurate requests to abuse, support, trust & safety, compliance, and legal departments; 🟥Submitting complaints through official forms, email channels, or platform support portals; 🟥Working with an AI agent for analysis, generating draft complaints, classifying cases, and automating routine actions; 🟥Using AI-assisted development / prompt engineering to create simple internal automation tools; 🟥Configuring automation for preparing complaint templates, filling tables, tracking statuses, generating reports, and handling recurring actions; 🟥Working with Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, Make, Zapier, n8n, Airtable, Notion, CRM, or similar automation tools; 🟥Maintaining tracking for each case: date of request, platform, status, support response, result; 🟥Preparing follow-up requests if necessary; 🟥Adhering to platform rules, legislation, and internal company regulations.

Requirements:

💦Proficient Russian language, English knowledge is desirable for international service requests; 💦Attention to detail and ability to work with evidentiary information; 💦Basic understanding of anti-fraud, OSINT, digital security, or content moderation; 💦Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, CRM, or task trackers; 💦Ability to clearly and professionally formulate requests to support services; 💦Understanding the principles of how complaints work on social media, messengers, marketplaces, hosting providers, and email services; 💦Basic prompt engineering / AI-assisted coding skills: ability to use AI to create simple scripts, automations, templates, tables, and workflows; 💦Understanding the logic of APIs, web forms, tables, variables, conditions, statuses, and simple automation scenarios; 💦Ability to describe a task to an AI agent, test the result, check for errors, and bring the solution to a working state; 💦Responsibility, confidentiality, and adherence to ethical standards.

Will be an advantage:

💦Experience in Trust & Safety, Anti-Fraud, Abuse Operations, Cybersecurity, OSINT, or moderation; 💦Experience working with Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, domain registrars, hosting, and email providers; 💦Experience using AI tools for data analysis, document preparation, or process automation; 💦Experience with Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Replit, Make, Zapier, n8n, Google Apps Script, or similar tools; 💦Basic understanding of Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, API requests, webhooks, and automation through no-code/low-code tools; 💦Experience creating internal mini-tools: complaint generators, email templates, status tables, checklists, CRM funnels, or reports; 💦English language proficiency sufficient for business correspondence.
