Technology Stack:

Backend: Java (Spring Boot / Micronaut) — deep understanding of multithreading, working with APIs, and microservice design. Frontend: React.js — experience in creating complex interfaces, state management (Redux/Zustand), and building dynamic forms. Search & Storage: Elasticsearch — experience in designing search indexes, writing complex queries, and optimizing search performance.__ __ We offer:

Requirements:

Experience in commercial Java development for at least 5 years; Proficient in React and modern Frontend development stack; Experience with distributed systems and understanding of scalable service construction principles; Deep understanding of Elasticsearch (indexing, aggregations, mapping); Ability to work with Docker and Kubernetes; Skills in writing clean, testable code and proficiency in Unit/Integration testing; Knowledge of RESTful API design principles and working with JSON schemas; Experience with databases (PostgreSQL or similar).

Key Tasks:

• Core Development (Backend): Design and implementation of server logic for managing the lifecycle of data contracts (creation, editing, versioning, approval);
• Implementation of validation mechanisms: Development of services for matching actual metadata from sources with specifications defined in contracts (schemas, data types, quality rules);
• User Interface Development (Frontend): Creation of intuitive tools within Open Metadata for visual contract design, comparison (diff), and monitoring SLA compliance statuses;
• Working with search and indexing: Optimization of contract search and filtering mechanisms using the platform's search engine;
• Integration: Ensuring seamless operation of the contracts module with existing Open Metadata APIs and data loading processes;
• Scalability: Ensuring high system performance when processing a large number of contracts and metadata in a distributed environment.
