🎯 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We need someone with 2-3 years of experience as an AI Engineer + previous experience as a Node.js developer.

⛔️ WHO IS NOT A GOOD FIT:

1. Candidates with predominant or recent experience in technical management roles: Team Lead, CTO, etc. – this is irrelevant experience for this position. We are looking for "hands-on" professionals, NOT technical managers.
2. Candidates looking for a second job. Any overlap will be noticeable in the first 2 months. We need a dedicated full-time commitment.
3. Candidates with predominant or recent freelance experience.

🏅 WHAT WE EXPECT: 1. AI Engineer experience of 2+ years. 2. 2+ years of experience with LLM APIs. 3. 2+ years of experience with RAG (embeddings, vector search, prompt assembly from retrieved chunks). 4. 1+ year of experience with RAG system building tools: Vertex AI RAG Engine, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc. 5. 1+ year of experience managing prompts and context in production (logs, limits, quality). 6. 1+ year of experience organizing conversational flows (state, transitions, connection to external context). 7. 6+ years of experience with Node.js as a Backend developer. 8. 3+ years of experience with TypeScript and NestJS. 9. 4+ years of experience with Kubernetes. 10. 2+ years of experience with AWS: EKS, RDS, DynamoDB, S3. 11. 1+ year of experience with hybrid storage.

🧑🏽‍💻 TASKS:

1. Developing AI APIs for chat and related scenarios: stable production operation, code base evolution.
2. Designing and maintaining API contracts and integrations: context broker, LLM providers (OpenAI-compatible chat API), client coordination.
3. Managing model behavior through data: prompts, topics, keywords, context flags — working with a relational database (currently MySQL).
4. Scenarios: topic classification, context injection (calendar, profile, chat), multimodal support (text, images, audio).
5. Containerization, deployment to Kubernetes (Helm), participation in CI/CD (GitLab).
