☑️ Responsibilities
- ensure stable operation and optimization of the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 infrastructure in all environments (production, testing, development), including administration of MS Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS and automation via PowerShell
- manage a pool of virtual machines on MS Server 2022 and VMWare, maintain their configuration and availability
- develop and configure monitoring and alerting systems (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus) for timely incident detection in the 1C infrastructure
- automate routine operations for development, testing, and DevOps teams (PowerShell, Zabbix Agent, Ansible)
- configure and manage the 1C development environment using Ansible, ensure environment reproducibility and standardization
- administer MS SQL Server DBMS, including cluster configurations, and maintain high database performance
- participate in diagnostics and troubleshooting of problems in high-load multi-cluster 1C systems, conduct in-depth analysis of bottlenecks
- consult and provide technical support to 1C development teams on infrastructure, deployment, and system operation issues
☑️ Candidate Requirements
- experience in a similar position for 5+ years
- experience administering 1C:Enterprise 8.3
- experience with MS Windows Server and MS SQL Server, including cluster configurations and IIS
- automation skills: PowerShell, Ansible, understanding of CI/CD principles
- experience in building monitoring: Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus
- experience with virtualization: MS Server 2022, VMware
- skills in diagnosing high-load multi-cluster 1C systems
