Due to the growth of the IT department, we are opening a vacancy for the position of Senior DevOps Engineer. The vacancy implies relocation with the entire family to Cyprus, to Limassol, and full official employment.

About the role: You work within a single product development team and are responsible for its delivery: from commit to production and service observability for the team. Database and storage clusters remain with the infrastructure team, with whom you work in tandem.

Your responsibilities: • Close collaboration and support of the product development team: participation in planning, working directly with developers; • Creation and support of Helm charts, Kustomize, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines; • Creation and operation of various environments from testing to production; • Configuration of monitoring, alerting, and logging for team services; • Ensuring stable operation of services in close cooperation with the infrastructure team; • Identifying potential problems and participating in creating solutions to resolve them; • Searching, testing, and implementing new solutions to optimize current processes and improve the quality of provided services.

Our expectations from you: • Solid understanding of k8s principles; • Proficient Linux skills; • Git, GitLab, GitLab CI; • Prometheus stack; • ELK/EFK; • Experience with message brokers (Kafka); • Knowledge of any scripting programming language; • Experience working side-by-side with developers, not through a ticket queue; • Readiness to quickly dive into unfamiliar services and technologies.

Bonus points: • Experience with ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, Redis, Aerospike — at a confident user level, not just cluster operator; • Experience in a product or platform team on a highload project.
