Requirements: Proficient in Freshdesk or similar services. Experience integrating Helpdesk with external systems (CRM, analytics, Suphelper). Understanding of how AI models work with text (classification, clustering, patterns). Experience configuring automations and QA tools. Skills in building monitoring and alerting. Understanding of L1/L2 support structure and escalation processes. English language - confident in reading documentation and corresponding with vendors. Experience (key criteria): Implemented cases of configuring AI automations or quality control systems. Experience working with L1/L2 teams and understanding their operational processes. Will be an advantage: Experience operating and integrating Suphelper. Knowledge of dialogue annotation tools and AI training for support.
