Our team is engaged in the development and improvement of Omnichannel model – a unified model for recommendations of products and services within the Sber ecosystem, as well as its integration with all available platforms and communication channels. Our task is to create personalized offers of products useful for customers in relevant communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of machine learning models for recommendation systems;
- R&D of SoTA architectures and techniques: design of experiments, their implementation, and preparation for industrialization;
- Analysis of user data, identification of insights, and formation of data-driven recommendations for service development.
Requirements
- At least 3 years in machine learning, with implemented and deployed solutions;
- Deep understanding of Classic ML algorithms, ability to translate a business task into an ML problem statement;
- Excellent command of Python, experience in writing production-ready code;
- Experience with Big Data stack (Spark, Hadoop Ecosystem), ability to build and optimize big data processing pipelines;
- Basic knowledge and experience in MLOps (deployment and management of machine learning models in production).
Will be a plus:
- Experience in building recommendation models (ALS, LTR, Sequential Recommendations, GNN);
- Experience in building DL models (PyTorch);
- Experience in solving Search/Advertising auction tasks.
