What you will be doing

• Participation in the initial phase of defining the scope and estimation of the task,
• Gathering and formalizing business requirements, developing and agreeing on functional, non-functional, and user requirements,
• Checking mockups for compliance with requirements,
• Creating tasks for frontend/backend development,
• Participating in smoke testing before feature launch,
• Writing user instructions.

What we expect from you

• Experience as a full-stack analyst;

• Experience working with external business clients on projects:

  • Identifying, analyzing, and formalizing client requirements;
  • Selecting a relevant set of artifacts, considering the specifics of the team and project;
  • Preparing technical specifications and development tasks;
  • Approving requirements;
  • Estimating effort;
  • Participating in functional testing;
  • Organizing and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
  • Training users on how to use the functionality;
  • Identifying risks during feature implementation, participating in the management of identified risks.

• Knowledge of project documentation development rules and standards;

• Knowledge of information representation standards and models at the analysis stage (UML, BPMN, etc.);

• Knowledge of tools and standards for describing and modeling business processes, documenting requirements (ARIS, BP Win, ER Win, MS Visio, etc.);

• Fundamentals of relational database design;

• Knowledge of SQL (at the level of simple DML and DDL operations);

• Fundamentals of software engineering, software development lifecycle, requirements management;

• Fundamentals of software testing, types of testing;

• Experience in designing and describing integrations;

Will be a plus

Experience working in a team using agile methodologies (Scrum), experience with BI, DWH.
