We are looking for a leader for one of TrafficStars' key areas – the advertiser platform. Here, clients create, launch, and scale advertising campaigns, and the product brings the main value to the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

— Developing the platform's vision and strategy: from campaign creation and targeting to analytics and optimization; — Making a complex AdTech product understandable, user-friendly, and enjoyable for users; — Managing key business metrics such as ad spend, conversion, and customer retention; — Unifying development, design, and analytics around a common roadmap and shared goals; — Conducting A/B tests, validating hypotheses, and improving conversion rates; — Overseeing the launch of new features and evaluating their effectiveness based on data; — Prioritizing tasks and planning team work, including using Gantt charts.

What we expect:

— 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner; — Experience with SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or B2B platforms will be an advantage; — Ability to translate business goals into metrics, a roadmap, specific features, and sprint tasks; — Capacity to formulate, test, and defend product hypotheses with strong arguments; — Understanding of UX and principles of creating user-friendly interfaces; — Ability to make data-driven decisions.
