Visible, a digital agency and AdTech team specializing in CTV advertising, programmatic media, and cross-platform marketing, is looking for a Product Manager.

We are currently seeking a specialist to take on the development of a key company product — a platform for analytics and management of CTV campaigns.

What we expect from you: – 3+ years of commercial experience in developing AdTech products in the CTV domain – Proven experience in bringing products to commercially significant results and influencing business metrics – Strong analytical skills: working with data, product metrics, and making data-driven decisions – Experience in independent product management and responsibility for its development – Understanding of principles for building high-quality interfaces and UX – Experience in effective collaboration with development and design teams – Practical experience in regularly using AI tools in product work

What you will be doing: – Formulating and implementing the product strategy for the platform for working with CTV traffic – Developing the client dashboard and analytical tools, increasing their value for users – Researching client needs, the market, and the competitive landscape – Forming and prioritizing the product backlog based on data, business goals, and user feedback – Collaborating with development and design teams at all stages of feature creation and launch – Analyzing product metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and making data-driven decisions – Launching new features and evaluating their impact on key business indicators – Implementing AI tools to improve the efficiency of product work, data analysis, and identifying new product development opportunities
