Position: Lead SRE / MLOps / DevOps Company: Selecty (Recruitment Agency) Location and format: remote within RF Salary: 400,000 — 450,000 ₽ net (Employment Contract / Sole Proprietor)

Project — development of a centralized MLOps ecosystem for a major bank. The team is responsible for a full-cycle platform for working with ML models — from development to operation.

Within the platform: Development environment for models (train / inference pipelines) Model execution environment Delivery platform Feature Store AutoML and internal ML platform for analysts A/B testing RAG / LLMOps Document processing systems using AI

Responsibilities:

Development and responsibility for the observability stack of the platform and related solutions Acting as a liaison between development, infrastructure, and support teams Creation and development of tools for working within a unified ML environment (in collaboration with dev teams) Scaling the ML platform and infrastructure solutions Participation in the development of the centralized MLOps ecosystem Improving system reliability, fault tolerance, and transparency

Candidate Expectations:

SRE / DevOps experience of 3+ years Experience with MLOps / ML infrastructure of 1+ year Proficient Kubernetes administration (2+ years) Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins / GitLab CI), Docker, Helm Knowledge of Python

Experience with MLOps tools: Airflow, MLflow, Argo Workflows, JupyterHub, Seldon, KServe, CUDA

Experience with big data stack: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, ELK
