We are looking for a Senior+/TeamLead Fullstack to work in the Edtech sphere.

✅ Grade: Senior+/TeamLead ✅ Rate: 290-330K gross ✅ Location: RF (strictly) ✅ Employment: As an individual entrepreneur (not civil service, no labor code) ✅ Sphere: Edtech

‼️ Requirements: -Experience in designing corporate and microservice information systems. -Experience managing a development team of 5+ people (at least 5 years). -Practical experience of 7+ years in a native server-side (backend) language (Python/Go/PHP/Node.js). -Experience working with OpenAI API, Anthropic, local models (LLaMA, Mistral). -Prompt Engineering & RAG: -Ability to write production-ready prompts. -Working with asynchronous processing tools: RabbitMQ/Redis/Kafka/Temporal. -Understanding of DVC (Data Version Control) and data pipelines. -Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Frontend (Middle level or higher): -Frameworks: React or Vue.js + TypeScript. -Experience with WebSocket. Soft & Processes: -Experience working with non-deterministic output (logging prompts, tokens, latency, parsing errors). -Understanding of AI quality metrics (BLEU, ROUGE, accuracy for a specific task).
