Hello, everyone! 🔥 We are looking for a top-notch Tech Lead for an awesome AI project — 8+ years of coding (ex-JS Fullstack, backend/frontend/DevOps, high-load architecture) and 5+ years leading a team of 10+ devs without micromanagement. Takes everything 100% to production: web/mobile with AI (LLM infra — fine-tuning/RAG/embeddings/vector DBs, Voice AI, CV, multimodal). An energetic driver with organizational skills, focus on the main goals, and deep concentration.

Hard skills (tech stack): Node.js, React, Next.js, React Native/Expo, GraphQL/REST/WebSockets/OAuth2/JWT. Plus Python/FastAPI. Architecture of high-load systems, technical documentation (SRS/decomposition), production LLM (RAG/embeddings/vector DB, inference/LoRA/QLoRA/PEFT, prompt engineering), frameworks: LangChain/LangGraph/Mastra/CrewAI/Autogen/HuggingFace/OpenAI/Claude/Mistral. Infra: CI/CD/containers/clouds, scaling/security, observability (OpenTelemetry/Langfuse/Prometheus/Datadog), eval pipelines for AI.

Soft skills & management: Autonomous (end2end to prod), systematic (Jira/Kanban/docs transparently), leader (daily/planning/retro, RACI, cross-team with PM/DevOps/ML), product-thinking (metrics/user/quality), focus/prioritization/details. Zone: lead team of devs/QA, architecture/standards/code review/hands-on, AI innovations (monitoring/implementation), hiring/onboarding/retention, blocker removal.
