A venture AI-driven studio from Silicon Valley is building a multi-agent economy (HealthTech, LegalTech, HRTech, PropTech). We are looking for a strong Tech Lead with a focus on management - a person who will build and scale functional teams, establish processes, and ensure the full cycle of AI product development.

🔥 This role is for you if you have:

• Managerial experience (4-5+ years): • Management of functional teams of 10+ people (developers, ML engineers, QA, DevOps) • Full management cycle: hire → onboarding → task distribution → mentorship → performance review • Experience working with outsourced teams and/or product teams • Building processes: Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives, task decomposition • Conflict management, team motivation, talent retention

Technical background: • Node.js (5+ years fullstack JS + 5+ years tech lead of 10+ person teams, outsourced/product) • React/Next.js, GraphQL/REST, production releases of web/mobile • DevOps at the level of understanding: Docker/K8s, CI/CD, AWS/GCP • AI/LLM: RAG, embeddings, vector DBs, LangChain, HuggingFace — sufficient for evaluating solutions

Systematic approach and communication: • B2/C1 English • Jira/Notion/Miro, documentation, process transparency • Product-thinking: focus on metrics, time to market, business results • No micromanagement - delegation and trust in the team

🚀 Main tasks:

Team management: • Formation and scaling of functional teams (10+ people) • Hiring, onboarding, development, and retention of employees • Conducting daily meetings, retrospectives, 1-on-1s, performance reviews • Allocation of resources between studio projects

Processes and architecture: • Establishing CI/CD → ML pipeline → production • Architectural decisions for high-load AI systems • Code reviews and tech debt management

AI innovations: • Monitoring trends, selecting and testing frameworks • Launching AI solutions into production • Opportunity to launch your own startup within the studio
