Job description: Unimatch Lab is a venture AI-driven studio from Silicon Valley. We are creating and launching 100 AI products within 24 months in HealthTech, LegalTech, HRTech, PropTech, and other verticals.

We are looking for a Tech Lead for AI Solutions — a person who knows how to combine coding, architecture, and leadership. You will be responsible for the technical quality of AI products, the team, and the results, implementing AI solutions into real production and influencing the future of products.

Tasks: • Designing architecture and developing AI products end-to-end • Technical leadership of the team, code review, making key decisions • Working with LLM systems: RAG, embeddings, vector databases • Launching and scaling web and mobile applications • Setting up DevOps processes, observability, and evaluation pipelines • Interaction with the product and venture team

Requirements: • Fullstack experience: Node.js, Python, FastAPI, React, Next.js, React Native, Expo • Experience with production releases of web and mobile applications • DevOps: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS or GCP • Deep understanding of LLM, RAG, embeddings, vector DB • Experience with multimodal AI (Voice, Computer Vision, Generative AI) • Observability and evaluation pipelines: Langfuse, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus • Ability to take responsibility for the system and the team
