Unimatch Lab is a venture-backed AI-driven studio based in Silicon Valley, focused on the conveyor-belt creation of vertical AI products. We are looking for an AI-native Tech Lead who builds AI products in production themselves and can lead a team without micromanagement. This role is for an engineer who grew from a strong fullstack background and is now deeply involved in LLM / AI architecture.

🔧 Who we are looking for: • 5+ years of commercial development experience (fullstack) • 5+ years of experience as a tech lead for a team of 10+ people (in the context of outsourcing/product business models) • Real production releases of web and mobile products • Hands-on: code, architecture, DevOps, AI — not "pure management"

🧱 Main stack: • Backend / Fullstack Node.js, Python, FastAPI React, Next.js, React Native / Expo REST, GraphQL, WebSockets, OAuth2, JWT

• DevOps / Infra CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Fastlane) Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm AWS / GCP (Cloud Run, S3, Functions)

🤖 AI / LLM (required): LLM architecture: inference, fine-tuning, LoRA / QLoRA, PEFT RAG, embeddings, vector DBs (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate) LangChain, CrewAI, Autogen, OpenAI, Claude, HuggingFace Prompt engineering, multi-agent systems

📊 Observability & Evaluation: OpenTelemetry, Langfuse, Prometheus, Datadog Evaluation pipelines for LLM, metrics, alerts, tracing

🧠 What you will do • Design AI product architecture (scalable, stable, secure) • Make technical decisions and be responsible for production outcomes • Lead the development team + participate hands-on • Configure CI/CD, infra, observability, evaluation • Implement new AI technologies in real products
