A venture-backed AI-driven studio from Silicon Valley is building a multi-agent economy (HealthTech, LegalTech, HRTech, PropTech). We are looking for a strong Tech Lead with a focus on management – a person who will build and scale functional teams, establish processes, and ensure the full development cycle of AI products.

🔥 This role is for you if you have:

8+ years in development: previously a JS Fullstack engineer

**• **Of which (4-5+ years) - **Management experience: **• Managed teams of 10+ people (developers, ML engineers, QA, DevOps) • Full cycle management: hiring → onboarding → task allocation → mentoring → performance review • Experience working with outsourcing teams and/or product teams • Conflict management, team motivation, talent retention

**Tech Stack **- Node.js, React, Next.js, React Native, Expo, GraphQL, REST, WebSockets, OAuth2, JWT

• Python, FastAPI - a plus Architecture
• Architectural design of complex and high-load systems
• Technical documentation: SRS, task decomposition **AI/LLM **- Production implementation of LLM: RAG, embeddings, vector DB
• Understanding of inference and fine-tuning: LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT
• Prompt engineering, customization, and integration of models into products
• Understanding of tools: LangChain, LangGraph, Mastra, CrewAI, Autogen, HuggingFace, OpenAI, Claude, Mistral **Infrastructure and Releases **- Tasking for CI/CD, containerization, and cloud platforms
• Understanding of scalability, fault tolerance, and security **Observability & Evaluation **- OpenTelemetry, Langfuse, Prometheus, Datadog
• Evaluation pipelines: LLM quality metrics, alerts, tracing, error analysis
• Monitoring, logging, and debugging in a multi-agent/AI environment

• B2/C1 English is a big plus

🚀 Key Responsibilities:

Team Management: • Forming and scaling functional teams (10+ people) • Hiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining employees • Conducting daily stand-ups, retrospectives, 1-on-1s, performance reviews • Allocating resources among the studio's projects

Processes and Architecture: • Establishing CI/CD → ML pipeline → production • Architectural decisions for high-load AI systems • Code reviews and technical debt management

AI Innovations: • Monitoring trends, selecting and testing frameworks • Launching AI solutions into production • Opportunity to launch your own startup within the studio
