A venture AI-driven studio from Silicon Valley is building a multi-agent economy (HealthTech, LegalTech, HRTech, PropTech). We are looking for a strong Tech Lead with a focus on management — a person who will build and scale functional teams, establish processes, and ensure the full cycle of AI product development.

🔥 This role is for you if you have:

• Management experience (4-5+ years): • Experience managing functional teams of 10+ people (developers, ML engineers, QA, DevOps) • Full cycle management: hiring → onboarding → task distribution → mentoring → performance review • Experience working with outsource teams and/or product teams • Process building: Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives, task decomposition • Conflict management, team motivation, talent retention

Technical background: • Node.js (5+ years fullstack JS + 5+ years tech lead of teams 10+ people, outsource/product) • React/Next.js, GraphQL/REST, production releases of web/mobile applications • DevOps at an understanding level: Docker/K8s, CI/CD, AWS/GCP • AI/LLM: RAG, embeddings, vector DBs, LangChain, HuggingFace — sufficient for evaluating solutions

System thinking and communication: • B2/C1 English • Jira/Notion/Miro, documentation, process transparency • Product thinking: focus on metrics, time-to-market, business results • No micromanagement - delegation and trust in the team

🚀 Key Tasks:

Team Management: • Forming and scaling functional teams (10+ people) • Hiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining employees • Conducting daily stand-ups, retrospectives, 1-on-1s, performance reviews • Allocating resources between studio projects

Processes and Architecture: • Setting up CI/CD → ML pipeline → production • Architectural solutions for high-load AI systems • Code reviews and tech debt management

AI Innovations: • Monitoring trends, selecting and testing frameworks • Launching AI solutions into production • Opportunity to launch your own startup within the studio
