We are a venture AI studio that launches vertical AI products (HealthTech, LegalTech, HRTech, PropTech). Our goal is to create 100 AI solutions in 24 months.

Who we are looking for: A strong tech lead with 8+ years in development and 5+ years managing a team of 10+ people, who: • designs and launches production AI products end-to-end • deeply understands LLM infrastructure (RAG, embeddings, vector DB, fine-tuning) • can keep architecture, team, and delivery under control without micromanagement

Stack: Node.js, React / Next.js, React Native, GraphQL, Python (FastAPI+) LLM: OpenAI / Claude / Mistral, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, HuggingFace Observability: OpenTelemetry, Langfuse, Prometheus, Datadog

What you will do: Lead teams, build scalable architecture, implement LLM/Voice/CV into production, influence products and technologies.
