Graphic Designer | Serbia, remote
We are LENKEP, a recruitment agency with 7+ years of experience in finding specialists for iGaming, Fintech, Crypto, and Gamedev. We are growing — and looking for a designer to take over the visual identity of the brand: from creatives to conference branding.
Your responsibilities will include:
🌸Creating creatives (static and animated) and adapting them for different formats 🌸Supporting SMM: designing posts, stories, covers for Reels 🌸Making presentations and infographics that are engaging to scroll through 🌸Preparing booth layouts, banners, and navigation for conferences, and finalizing them for print 🌸Developing merchandise designs 🌸Maintaining and developing the brand book and design system in Figma 🌸Creating templates and instructions that simplify the work of the entire team
What we're looking for:
💦1+ year of design experience and a portfolio with work examples 💦Proficiency in Figma: layouts, components, libraries — everything is in order 💦Understanding of print preparation materials (CMYK, bleed — not scary words) 💦Ability to create neat animations and clear infographics 💦Independence: you can understand a task and see it through to completion 💦Experience with AI tools
Will be a plus:
💦Experience with Tilda website builder 💦After Effects, Jitter, or other motion design tools 💦Basic video editing skills
