Hi there! We are looking for a Product Designer to join the Order Experience team — a key area responsible for the user journey in the cart, checkout, and orders, as well as for improving the experience where it matters to the business and the client.
😎 What you'll be doing:
- Designing user scenarios: from idea to final mockups with a focus on UX and business value;
- Creating complex, yet intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces;
- Participating in the development of product concepts with the team;
- Preparing mockups for development and supporting them at all stages;
- Conducting design reviews and monitoring implementation quality in production;
- Closely collaborating with designers, product managers, and developers;
- Presenting your solutions to various levels — from the team to top management.
😍 What's important to us:
- 3+ years of experience in product design (B2C);
- App-first thinking;
- Experience working with a data-driven approach in design;
- Understanding and application of JTBD, CJM, Double Diamond;
- Strong UI and a well-developed sense of visual aesthetics;
- Understanding of product metrics and their impact on decisions;
- Experience in independently conducting research (or readiness to conduct it);
- Ability to plan your work and bring tasks to completion;
- Openness, a partnership style of communication, and teamwork skills.
