Senior Media Buyer (Sports Betting)

We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer with 2–3 years of experience in the Sports Betting vertical. The role involves working with large advertising budgets, developing and scaling traffic sources, as well as participating in the construction and optimization of user acquisition funnels.

Responsibilities

• Launching, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns in the Sports Betting vertical.
• Developing and optimizing user funnels.
• Searching, testing, and scaling new traffic sources.
• Working with advertising creatives: forming hypotheses, testing, analyzing effectiveness.
• Managing advertising budgets and achieving target performance indicators.
• Analyzing traffic quality and key metrics (CPA, ROI, FTD, LTV, Retention).
• Collaborating with the team to improve conversion and overall funnel efficiency.
• Participating in the development of user acquisition strategy.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Media Buying within the Sports Betting vertical.
• Proven results in launching and scaling advertising campaigns.
• Experience with medium and large-scale advertising budgets.
• Understanding of the specifics of sports betting and audience behavior.
• Experience with traffic sources (one or more):
  • Facebook Ads (preferably as the primary source)
  • PWA / Web-to-App solutions
  • In-App traffic
  • Telegram influencers and Telegram ecosystem
• Ability to build and optimize performance funnels.
• Skills in hypothesis testing and scaling effective traffic sources.
• Understanding of traffic economics and key performance metrics.
• Analytical approach to data analysis.
• Ability to work with a large volume of information and make data-driven decisions.
• Understanding of the specifics of the sports audience.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience with TikTok Ads.
• X (Twitter), Reddit, Pinterest, and other alternative sources.
• Experience with international GEOs (EU, LATAM, etc.).
• Experience with in-house products.
• Understanding of compliance principles in advertising platforms.
