Position: CRM System Administrator (Customer Support) / remote Where we are looking: Office in Montenegro, but remote is possible (outside of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan) Who we need: An experienced CRM admin who is skilled in Customer Support, not just sales. They will set up workflows, integrate with telephony and AI via API, and create dashboards for team analytics. Technologies: Salesforce, Intercom, Freshdesk or similar (self-hosted is a plus). English: B2+ (conversational – we will check, there is a native speaker in the team).
