Chief Technology Officer (CTO) 🚀 We are looking for an experienced CTO for a fast-growing global iGaming platform!

Remote, Full-time. Priority to EU/CIS (for time zone). English C1.

Responsibilities: • Define the technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap of the platform. • Implement best engineering practices, SDLC, and code quality standards. • Be responsible for DevOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/EC2), CI/CD, monitoring, and DR. • Ensure platform cybersecurity, penetration testing, and incident response. • Design a highly available (HA), low-latency, multi-regional infrastructure with DDoS protection. • Control compliance, data protection, and regulatory standards. • Lead teams of engineers, infrastructure, security, and QA. • Manage integrations with payment providers, gaming providers, and bookmakers. • Improve platform performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Our expectations: • Proven experience as CTO/VP Eng in the iGaming industry. • Deep knowledge of Golang and its ecosystem. • Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS/EC2), DevOps, CI/CD. • Expertise in microservices, distributed systems, HA architecture. • Excellent understanding of cybersecurity, penetration testing, incident response. • Experience with compliance and regulatory standards in iGaming. • Successful experience in leading technical teams. • Experience with integration of payment gateways, gaming providers, APIs.
