🔝We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to create and develop the infrastructure for a live gaming platform in the iGaming sector.
You will be working on high-load and fault-tolerant systems, developing cloud infrastructure, automating deployment processes, and ensuring stable service operation.
❗️The job requires an office format in Limassol.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support CI/CD pipelines based on GitLab CI/CD
- Deploy, administer, and scale Kubernetes clusters
- Design, develop, and optimize AWS infrastructure
- Automate infrastructure deployment and management using Terraform and Ansible
- Administer Linux servers, network infrastructure, and DNS
- Configure, maintain, and ensure the fault tolerance of Kafka and NATS clusters
- Administer PostgreSQL, MySQL, and ClickHouse clusters, configure replication, backup, and data recovery
- Implement and develop monitoring, logging, and alerting systems based on Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack
- Design and support PKI and SSH infrastructure for access management
- Administer Jira, Confluence, and office IT infrastructure, including peripheral equipment
- Ensure the security of infrastructure and applications
- Identify and resolve malfunctions, optimize performance, and enhance system fault tolerance
- Participate in the development of engineering practices and mentor junior specialists
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
- In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes, including cluster architecture, deployment, scaling, and diagnostics
- Solid knowledge of Linux, experience in server, network, and file system administration
- Practical experience in developing and supporting complex CI/CD pipelines based on GitLab CI/CD
- Experience in designing and managing AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Route 53, CloudWatch, EKS)
- Practical experience in administering Apache Kafka, including configuration, monitoring, performance optimization, and fault tolerance assurance
- Experience in administering database clusters, configuring replication, backup, recovery, and performance monitoring
- Experience in infrastructure automation using Terraform and Ansible
- Experience with monitoring and logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Zabbix)
- Experience in configuring and managing access using SSH and PKI
- Understanding of network security principles and experience in applying infrastructure protection practices
- Strong analytical skills, independence, responsibility, and ability to work in a team
Will be a plus
- Possession of AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional, CKA, or CKAD certifications
- Experience with Azure or GCP cloud platforms
- Knowledge of RabbitMQ or Redis Streams
- Experience with Istio or Linkerd service meshes
