Senior Analyst, Global Trade Compliance
Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands (hybrid 2 days onsite preferred). Remote candidates based elsewhere in the Netherlands may also be considered - travel to the Eindhoven site required minimum once per month. Candidates in the UK would also be considered - travel to the Cambridge site required minimum once per month.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Analyst, Global Trade Compliance, you will support and strengthen Illumina's trade compliance operations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). You will ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, sanctions frameworks, and import/export controls while partnering with stakeholders across the business to support compliant cross-border operations.
Working closely with Logistics, Legal, Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, Customs Brokers, and third-party logistics providers, you will help drive operational excellence and maintain alignment with global trade compliance policies and standards.

The estimated base salary range for the Senior Analyst Global Trade Compliance role based in Netherlands is EUR 52,300 - 78,500.
The range reflects long-term growth in the role; therefore, most candidates are hired between the minimum and middle of the range. Placement depends on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This salary range applies to the primary posting location listed above. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range will be updated accordingly. Compensation ranges for other locations will differ to reflect local market competitiveness and will be shared with candidates if applicable during the recruitment process.
Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
