Senior/Lead ESB Developer (FactorESB / Integration Gears / Migration from SAP PO)

A strategic project for the development and support of integration platforms with a gradual transition from SAP PO to FactorESB / Integration Gears (IG). 🧩 About the Role: we are looking for a technical leader and a leading specialist who will take responsibility for the industrial implementation and architecture of integration scenarios on FESB. This is a key role for an expert capable not only of writing code and configurations but also of establishing standards, managing migration waves, and coordinating team efforts. 🚀 Key Responsibilities: — Responsibility for the architectural solution and industrial implementation of integration scenarios on FESB 8 / EIK 3, as well as for their further operation. — Development of development standards: defining domains and artifacts, message models, routing and transformation rules, error handling, security requirements, and EIK-connector usage regulations. — Planning and execution of migration waves from SAP PO to FESB (including scenarios based on XI, IDoc, RFC, MDM) with organization of cutover and rollback, conducting testing, and ensuring protection against message loss. — Designing fault-tolerant setups, establishing a scheme for promotion between environments (Dev / Test / Stage / Prod), configuring CI/CD processes, and the configuration management system. — Conducting code and configuration reviews, coordinating team efforts, resolving complex incidents, and interacting with the vendor and adjacent teams. 🎯 Mandatory Requirements (Hard Skills): Experience and Leadership (CRITICAL!): — Proven experience with FactorESB / Integration Gears in production environments. — Experience in the role of "technical lead" or "lead specialist". — Implemented projects for integration migration from SAP PO / PI (or other ESB solutions) to the FESB platform. — Team leadership experience, including conducting code reviews. Processes and Infrastructure: — Skills in organizing CI/CD processes and release management for the integration platform. — Understanding of fault-tolerant system design principles and artifact promotion schemes between environments. 💡 A significant plus: — Completion of at least two of the following specialized courses: INT100, INT500, INT502. — Deep understanding of the specifics of the retail domain and high-intensity transactional flows.
