🏢 About the project: A large retail company. The project is aimed at developing and supporting integration platforms with a gradual strategic transition from SAP PO to FactorESB / Integration Gears. 🧩 About the role: This is a position for a mature lead engineer who not only has a deep understanding of SAP PI/PO architecture but is also capable of managing a small team, establishing development standards, and safely conducting complex integrations interface migrations. 🚀 Key Tasks: — Ensuring the architecture and operation of SAP PO 7.5, integrating SAP ERP with external systems. — Organizing End-to-End monitoring and controlling the performance of integration flows. — Leading a small team of integration developers: task allocation, code reviews, quality control, deadlines, and technical debt. — Planning and implementing complex interface migrations and switchovers (SAP PO → FactorESB / IG), including preparation and execution of rollback scenarios. — Designing complex integrations and forming technical development and support standards. — Close interaction with Basis departments, SAP and non-SAP developers, architects, and operations teams. 🎯 Mandatory Requirements (Hard Skills): Experience and Leadership (CRITICAL!): — At least 5–6 years of experience with SAP PI/PO. — Of which 1–2 years in a team lead or lead developer position (team management experience). Technical Stack (CRITICAL!): — Thorough understanding of SAP PO 7.5 architecture. — Confident command of all mapping types (Graphical, Java, XSLT) and adapters. — Practical experience in performance optimization and setting up End-to-End monitoring. Migrations and Processes: — Real experience in implementing large-scale migrations or performing interface switchovers (cutover / rollback). 💡 Will be a strong plus: — Experience with FactorESB or Integration Gears (IG). — Previous experience in retail or large manufacturing companies. — Possession of relevant SAP PI/PO certifications. 🤝 Soft Skills Requirements: — Ability to build cross-functional interaction (Basis, architects, business). — Responsibility for team results and the quality of technical decisions made.
