🏢 About the Project: A large retail company. Strategic project for the development and support of integration platforms with a gradual transition from SAP PO to FactorESB / Integration Gears (IG).

🧩 About the Role: This is a key strategic position for a mature architect. We are looking for an expert who not only has deep knowledge of SAP PO but also understands modern trends (API-first, Event-Driven, ESB), is capable of developing a migration roadmap, establishing corporate integration standards, and mentoring lead specialists.

🚀 Key Tasks:

• Formation of the target enterprise integration architecture and standards, considering requirements for reliability, security, observability, and performance.
• Designing the joint operation of SAP PO and FactorESB / IG during the transition period, developing a detailed interface migration roadmap.
• Defining principles for building APIs and service contracts, organizing event-driven integrations (including based on Kafka), regulating the interaction of SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Conducting architectural reviews (Design Review), assisting in resolving complex integration incidents.
• Evaluating large-scale initiatives, providing technical mentorship to lead specialists on the team.

🎯 Mandatory Requirements (Hard Skills):

Experience and Expertise (CRITICAL!):

• High level of expertise in SAP PO, confirmed by at least 7-8 years of experience in enterprise integration.
• Experience in architectural design for high-load and critical integration landscapes.

Architecture and Standards:

• Skills in forming integration standards and developing migration roadmaps.
• Deep understanding of Event-Driven Architecture principles, including experience with Kafka.
• Knowledge of the API-first approach and modern ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) concepts.

💡 Will be a significant plus:

• Practical experience with FactorESB or Integration Gears (IG).
• Experience in retail or large retail chains with high transaction intensity.
• Knowledge of SAP CPI / BTP as part of the overall integration landscape.
