A strategic project for the development and support of integration platforms with a gradual transition from SAP PO to FactorESB / Integration Gears (IG). 🧩 About the role: this is a key strategic position for a top-level architect. We are looking for an expert who will take responsibility for developing the target architecture of the corporate integration platform, establishing standards, and managing a complex migration from SAP PO to FESB/IG within a high-load retail landscape. 🚀 Key tasks: — Development of the target architecture for the corporate integration platform based on FESB / IG and formation of a phased migration plan from SAP PO. — Establishment of corporate integration standards: service and message contracts, message models, routing and aggregation rules, REST and Web Services specifications, connectors (EIK, SAP, EDI, 1C), security and observability requirements. — Design of solutions for ensuring high availability and disaster recovery (HA/DR), as well as scaling and capacity management for Prod, DR, Stage, Test, and Dev environments. — Support of the platform's technical roadmap: release management, technical debt management, coordination of joint work of SAP PO and FESB during the transition period. — Conducting architectural reviews, analyzing critical incidents, and providing technical mentorship to the team's technical leaders. 🎯 Mandatory Requirements (Hard Skills): Experience and Expertise (CRITICAL!): — At least 7 years of experience as an enterprise integration architect. — Confirmed practical expertise in working with FESB / IG (Integration Gears). — Deep understanding of SAP integration specifics (PO, PI, XI, IDoc, RFC) and proficiency in building migration strategies. Architecture and High-Load: — Experience in designing HA/DR solutions (High Availability / Disaster Recovery) and high-load integration platforms. — Practical experience with Linux VM, configuring load balancing, and organizing comprehensive monitoring. 💡 A significant plus would be: — Experience working with ClickHouse in the context of integration or analytical platforms. — Deep understanding of the retail domain specifics and high-intensity transactional flows.
