Content Producer / Content Lead Wanted
We are developing an ecosystem of media and products around AI and technologies: Telegram, YouTube, a separate news project, and future launches.
We are looking for a person to whom we can gradually hand over content as a direction: topics, presentation, packaging, quality, team, and growth.
We need not just a scriptwriter or editor, but a person with taste, marketing mindset, and initiative.
▪️Tasks: ▫️Select strong topics and formats. ▫️Invent hooks and angles of presentation. ▫️Create selling headlines for content. ▫️Develop concepts for YouTube previews. ▫️Assemble the structure and logic of videos. ▫️Independently write key materials. ▫️Manage and develop Telegram content. ▫️Oversee scriptwriters and other performers. ▫️Provide clear tasks for content. ▫️Edit and strengthen weak materials. ▫️Monitor competitors and trends. ▫️Analyze clickability, retention, and views. ▫️Propose new segments and experiments. ▫️Develop content for product launches. ▫️Enhance YouTube → Telegram transitions. ▫️Gradually take over content responsibility.
▪️Requirements: ▫️Real cases in content or marketing. ▫️Strong taste and sense of presentation. ▫️Understanding of YouTube and its mechanics. ▫️Understanding of Telegram and media content. ▫️Ability to write vividly and clearly. ▫️Marketing mindset and understanding of the audience. ▫️Understanding of hooks, offers, and attention. ▫️Ability to work with content analytics. ▫️Independence and high initiative. ▫️Ability to quickly dive into topics. ▫️Confident work with AI tools. ▫️Ability to oversee other performers.
Experience with AI is desirable, but a strong content and marketing brain is more important.
Experience with YouTube, launches, funnels, ad creatives, or personal media is a big plus.
We will not be a good fit for someone who waits for detailed ToR, simply writes texts according to a template, or fully relies on ChatGPT without their own taste and decisions.
