Hi! My name is Saveliy, and I'm the founder of several successful international IT businesses. I teach AI for VK Group, Moscow Exchange, Rosselkhozbank, Beeline, and other companies. Over the year, I've gained over 100,000 subscribers using AI videos.
In October, we launched an online school for AI-generated photo and video. The project is growing very rapidly. That's why I'm looking for someone who can help us improve our content marketing results and take on the production of vertical AI videos from scratch, to help us become the №1 school in 2026, first in Russia/CIS, and then worldwide (also in 2026–2027). We need someone who loves complex tasks and is ready to take responsibility for results and numbers.
In today's world, content is key to clients, scale, recognition, and development. Few understand this, but content is the lifeblood of business. Especially short video content (Reels/Shorts/TikTok). One of the most important people in the project for me is the person creating content. There can be many titles for such a position: Content Manager/SMM/AI Creator, etc. It doesn't matter what it's called, it matters Who. Therefore, I'm looking for someone with burning eyes and a huge desire to grow themselves and develop large and interesting projects from scratch through content (video/text).
The immediate goal is to gain a stable 60,000 comments per month through short videos in the Russian market. Over the year, my team and I gained 100,000 subscribers from a zero account on Instagram! The account is lenivins.
The successful candidate will face an enormous number of interesting and important tasks related to content development: from finding ideas, working on scripts, and coming up with video titles.
Responsibilities
- Fully create vertical videos for Reels, Shorts, TikTok, and other platforms: idea, script, control of video materials (generations, photos, videos), and control of the final editing.
- Come up with relevant and potentially viral topics in the artificial intelligence niche.
- Develop engaging scripts, strong first seconds, triggering headlines, and calls to action.
- Independently create some materials (voiceover and AI avatar using ready-made templates) using artificial intelligence tools.
- Work with ElevenLabs, Suno, and other AI services.
- Keep track of trends in Russian and international vertical content.
- Analyze competitor videos in the artificial intelligence niche: topics, headlines, visual solutions, editing, view counts, and engagement metrics.
- Test new formats, visual solutions, AI tools, and hypotheses.
- Achieve videos gaining a large number of views and comments.
WHAT RESULT WE EXPECT:
The final product is a fully assembled vertical video, for which the specialist independently:
- found or came up with the idea;
- wrote the script and text;
- created some necessary materials using AI;
- generated the voiceover;
- controlled the materials from the AI creator and the final editing from the editor;
- prepared the final version for publication.
Requirements
- You know how to write interestingly and clearly, possess copywriting and scriptwriting skills for short videos.
- You understand how to capture the viewer's attention in the first few seconds and hold it until the end of the video.
- You understand how to create selling content and how to evaluate it by metrics.
- You are well-versed in current trends on Reels, Shorts, and TikTok.
- You can not only replicate existing trends but also find new ideas and create your own formats.
- You have high visual literacy and regularly study content from Russian and international creators.
- You are interested in artificial intelligence and want to professionally develop in this field.
- You are ready to constantly learn new services, test tools, and improve video quality.
- You are detail-oriented, independent, and able to bring a task from idea to completion.
- You have a B1 level or higher English proficiency to study foreign content, trends, and competitor materials.
