Hello. Looking for a Middle Frontend Developer for an office in Minsk.

What needs to be done:
- Design and implement new functionality with a focus on scalability and reusability
- Develop CORE solutions that simplify the creation of new features and are used by other teams
- Create complex UI components and services, work with asynchronous processes, GraphQL, WebSocket, and real-time data streams
- Think through the frontend application architecture: organize state management, optimize data storage, and ensure high performance, finding optimal implementation approaches together with the team
- Write clean, maintainable code, following modern engineering practices
- Analyze and improve the reliability and security of FE applications
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in developing Frontend solutions with React
- Experience in creating design systems, UI Kits, or reusable component libraries
- Excellent knowledge of JS (ES6+) and TypeScript
- Understanding of asynchronous programming
- High level of CSS proficiency, ability to apply the Pixel-perfect approach
Will be a plus:
- Experience with Redux-Epic (RxJs)
- Performance optimization experience
- Understanding of FP basics
- Experience with WebGL, PixiJS, Babylon.js
