Hybrid once a quarter for 14 days, requires a specialist from Moscow.
Mandatory:
- Excellent knowledge of React;
- Experience working in a team and participating in commercial projects for 3+ years;
- Optimization experience (component rendering, static content loading, caching);
- Experience with Redux (redux-toolkit), MobX, react-query;
- Understanding of SPA/PWA architecture principles;
- Good knowledge of TypeScript, modern JS standards;
- Understanding of client-server interaction principles (gRPC/GraphQL/REST/WS);
- Experience with development tools: GitLab, k8s, dev tools, webpack, eslint;
- Experience writing unit tests (Jest, react-testing-library).
Desirable:
- Microfrontend development experience;
- Experience with Angular/Vue;
- Experience with Node.JS/Next.js/Electron/React-admin;
- Ability to configure nginx/GitLab pipelines.
Mandatory Criteria
- React — confident command of hooks, lifecycle, reconciliation, render optimization; correct answers to ≥90% of questions without prompts.
- ≥3 years of experience — confirmed commercial experience and team processes (code review, Git-flow, interaction with backend/QA/PM).
- Optimization — ≥2 real cases with metrics (memo/useMemo/useCallback, virtualization, code splitting, lazy-loading, caching, Web Vitals).
- State Management — confident command of ≥2 of Redux Toolkit / MobX / react-query and justification of choice for the task.
- SPA/PWA — explanation of architecture, service worker, manifest, caching strategies and trade-offs.
- TypeScript/JS — type-safe code, generics, utility types, ES6+; conscious use of any.
Desirable Criteria (increase the overall score, do not block progression):
- Microfrontends (Module Federation, Web Components), Angular/Vue experience.
- Node.JS / Next.js / Electron / React-admin (SSR/SSG, API, admin panels).
- NGINX / GitLab pipelines configuration; client-server (gRPC/GraphQL/REST/WS).
- Tools: GitLab, k8s, dev tools, webpack, eslint.
- Unit tests: Jest, react-testing-library (mocks, coverage, behavior testing).
