We are looking for a Frontend Developer to join our team, which is developing a B2B platform for business process automation.
The product is based on a CRM with a large number of user scenarios, integrations, and data manipulation tools.
We are currently expanding the development team. We need a specialist who can not only implement new features but also participate in the technical development of the frontend part of the system.
Main Stack: React, TypeScript, REST API, Git.
Tasks
— Develop new modules for the web application and improve existing ones.
— Create scalable UI components and maintain a unified interface architecture.
— Implement interaction between the client part and server services via REST and gRPC.
— Work with state management, performance, and rendering optimization.
— Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and selection of engineering solutions.
— Cover functionality with automated tests.
— Interact with the development team on build, integration, and change delivery issues.
Who we are considering
We are looking for a developer with at least 3 years of commercial frontend development experience, who is proficient in React and TypeScript.
Important:
Good understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and the React ecosystem. Proficient work with HTML5, CSS3, and adaptive layouts. Practical experience with Redux, Zustand, MobX, or similar solutions. Understanding of client-server interaction and experience integrating REST APIs. Familiarity with build tools like Webpack or Vite. Skills in writing unit and integration tests using Jest / React Testing Library. Proficient Git skills and understanding of team development processes.
An additional advantage would be:
Experience with complex corporate interfaces, CRM/ERP platforms, large data sets, and real-time functionality.
Familiarity with Next.js, GraphQL, Storybook, and experience conducting code reviews or mentoring is also welcome.
Cooperation Terms
Income: 250,000–350,000 ₽, the final offer depends on the level of competencies and the results of the technical interview.
Format: fully remote work, full-time.
Schedule: flexible start of the workday between 09:00–12:00 (MSK).
Employment: labor contract according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation or cooperation through an individual entrepreneur. Settlement in USDT with linkage to the Central Bank's exchange rate is also possible.
Project: long-term development of a CRM platform with the opportunity to participate in architectural decisions and influence the technical implementation of the product.
The company name will be disclosed at later stages of communication (NDA).
Selection Process
Introduction with the recruiter → technical interview with the development lead → final discussion with the client's team.
