**Position: **IT Architect

**About the company and team: **We are looking for a strong Architect who will become a key link and technical leader of our team. We already have a development team, engineers, and analysts – we are missing an architect who will set the development vector, build engineering standards, and make key architectural decisions.

About the project: Our project is a critical, high-load platform in the telecom sector (mobile communications). It is a distributed real-time system operating with millions of users and requiring high fault tolerance (target availability ~99.999%). We will be solving problems of geo-redundancy, traffic balancing, and ensuring stability under strict performance requirements.

Responsibilities: -Architecture Design: Development of a high-load, fault-tolerant platform based on a microservice architecture. -Decision Making: Selection of the technology stack, definition of integration patterns, formation of functional and non-functional requirements, load profiles for microservices. -Standards and Processes: Implementation and development of best practices in availability, security, and CI/CD. -Communication: Close interaction with analysts, DevOps, QA, and developers to develop and coordinate optimal technical solutions.

We expect from the candidate: -Successful experience in implementing large complex solutions with High Availability and distributed architecture. -Understanding and practical application of modern architectural approaches and design patterns (MSA, EDA, SOA). -Deep understanding of the principles of building highload and distributed systems. -Proficiency in design notations (C4, UML) and skills in designing heterogeneous environments with different component requirements. -Understanding of container environments and orchestration principles (Kubernetes). -Knowledge of network technologies and protocols (understanding of the TCP/IP stack, experience in ensuring fault tolerance). -Experience interacting with all development participants: from clients and analysts to developers and operations. -System thinking, technical vision, and excellent communication skills.

Important: Experience in Telecom (mobile communications) or high motivation and readiness to quickly dive into the domain.

Will be a big plus: -Experience in Fintech, Banking, or other domains with large distributed systems. -Deep knowledge of network fault tolerance (HSRP, VRRP/Keepalived, CARP) and dynamic routing (EIGRP, BGP, OSPF). -Knowledge of CEPH, clustering systems with various arbiters.

Our technology stack: Bare Metal, Linux, Kubernetes, Helm, GitLab CI/CD, PostgreSQL (Patroni), Redis/Redis Cluster, Prometheus, Grafana, Nexus.

We do not require the architect to administer infrastructure "by hand". Your task is to define the right technical solutions and increase the maturity of development processes.
