Web / Promo Designer ⚡️ at HeroCode

HeroCode is a digital / promo agency. The team creates visual digital projects, promo websites, landing pages, interactive mechanics, and communication materials for brands.

Important upfront:

NOT about typical UX/UI,

NOT about CRM,

NOT about dashboards,

and NOT about just pretty landing pages.

It’s about cinematic web experience.

About the feeling of a commercial inside a website.

We need someone who:

— loves promo/web design

— can build visually strong landing pages

— understands motion and micro-animations

— grasps storytelling within the web

— designs sections with an immediate understanding of animation and movement

Very important:

They are looking for NOT hover/fade-in animations,

but a more complex motion approach:

— scroll storytelling

— layered/parallax motion

— timeline animation

— cinematic transitions

— premium interactive feeling

Within the team, there is a dedicated GSAP / frontend specialist.

The designer does NOT need to code,

but it’s important to understand:

— what modern animated web looks like

— and which effects actually work in production.

What they particularly want to see:

— a strong promo/web portfolio

— motion thinking

— visual storytelling

— premium/commercial visual level

— composition and typography

— case studies with interactivity and animation

Their preferred style is closer to:

— bright lifestyle/promo aesthetics

— emotional commercial presentation

— glossy/premium visual

and NOT minimal/swiss/SaaS style.

Will be a big plus:

— Framer / Webflow

— Spline / Three.js

— motion design

— AI tools

Format:

— full-time

— remote

— long-term cooperation
