We are looking for someone who: ✅ Has 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing in iGaming. ✅ Has worked with the CIS market. ✅ Knows how to develop a partner network and attract strong affiliate partners. ✅ Has worked with CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models. ✅ Makes decisions based on analytics (FTD, NGR, ROI, LTV). ✅ Has strong networking among webmasters, affiliate networks, and partners.

⭐️ Will be an advantage: participation in ICE, SiGMA, SBC, Affiliate World; experience in scaling the affiliate direction in rapidly growing projects.
