Salary: 3000-5000 euros (we will consider the candidate's expectations in the final offer)
Brokeree Solutions is an international fintech company. Since 2013, we have been creating and supporting solutions used by brokerage companies worldwide.
We are looking for a candidate who will help us take our engineering infrastructure to the next level. You will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that will form the basis for the work of the development and QA teams.
IMPORTANT! LOCATION: EU or Estonia only.
Your responsibilities:
- Build a reliable process for preparing test environments.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code for test environments;
- Build CI/CD pipelines for their creation and updates;
- Build a monitoring system that will become a working tool for development and QA.
- Plan infrastructure capacity, procurements, renewals, and budget.
- Monitor the availability, resources, and technical condition of the platform.
- Help transform data into a basis for making engineering decisions and improving the product.
We are not tied to a specific stack and are open to discussing the best engineering solutions.

What is important to us:
- At least 4 years of experience as a DevOps / Platform / Infrastructure Engineer
- At least 3 years of experience supporting .NET production systems: application deployment, CI/CD for .NET, understanding of the ecosystem's specifics (.NET, MSBuild, NuGet);
- Solid experience with container platforms: deployment, support, and orchestration of microservices;
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines from scratch (TeamCity, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools);
- Infrastructure as Code experience
- Proficient Linux administration and automation skills using Bash and PowerShell;
- Experience operating production systems with microservice architecture, understanding of network and system design, ability to confirm service stability through uptime, SLA/SLO;
- Experience with observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki, or similar tools;
- Proficient English (B2+), as you will communicate with non-Russian-speaking colleagues.
