Hello everyone! Keiseven IT company's "Digital Products" department is looking for a Junior Product Manager. We create and develop modern technological services, and we are currently expanding our team. We are ready to train a specialist and invest in your growth if you already have a foundational base and a huge desire to develop in product management!
🔸What we expect from you: – You have a foundation: completion of relevant courses (product management training), some initial work experience, or your own educational/pet projects; – Analytical mindset and ability to work well with design; – Willingness to actively communicate with users and research their real-world experience. – Desire to continuously learn new things and grow professionally.
🔸What you will be doing: – Devising logic for new features and creating their initial frameworks (wireframes); – Testing interface solutions with users and drawing strong conclusions; – Analyzing metrics (Retention, etc.) and forming hypotheses for their improvement; – Working in a cross-functional team with designers, developers, analysts, and marketers.
🔸What we are ready to offer: – Official employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation; – Flexible work schedule: 5/2 to choose from (from 09:00 to 18:00 or from 10:00 to 19:00); – Comfortable hybrid work format in an office near Mendeleevskaya metro station (initially, more office time will be required for quick adaptation); – Work in a dynamically developing company, a strong team, and a rapid onboarding into the profession from day one.
